IDRUNE builds digital product passports for small manufacturers in Europe. A code goes on the unit you ship; a scan opens the page for that one item — specifications, documents, warranty dates, error codes, spare parts, and a recall notice if there ever is one.

It is a small operation, and we would rather you knew that before you decided than after. One person answers this mailbox. If you need a consultancy with an account manager, we are not that, and it is cheaper for both of us if you find out on this page.

What we do not do is assess your compliance. We have not read the delegated act for your sector and will not tell you that publishing a passport with us satisfies it. That question belongs to whoever handles conformity for your products.
