Hosting & infrastructure

DigitalOcean, LLC — application and database hosting. Processing location: London, United Kingdom (region lon1).

Cloudflare, Inc. — content delivery, DNS, and object storage (product images/files). Processing location: global network; stored objects in Cloudflare R2 are encrypted at rest by default.

GitHub, Inc. (a Microsoft subsidiary) — source code hosting and CI/CD, including deployment credentials. Does not process end-consumer personal data.

Docker, Inc. — container image registry used to deploy the Service. Does not process end-consumer personal data.

Payments

Stripe, Inc. — engaged by you directly as controller for your own billing relationship with us, not as a sub-processor of your consumers' data.

Email delivery

Resend (Resend, Inc.) — our only transactional email provider (registration confirmations, password resets, notifications, product-safety notices). Processing location: United States, under that provider's Standard Contractual Clauses.

There is no fallback email relay. Until 8 August 2026 we used a fallback SMTP relay operated by Yandex LLC in the Russian Federation, and disclosed on this page that Russia has no UK/EU adequacy decision. That relay has been removed rather than replaced: no email is sent through it, and the credentials have been withdrawn. If Resend is unavailable, delivery is retried until it succeeds — mail is never rerouted through another provider.

AI-assisted features

Anthropic, PBC — powers optional AI-assisted translation and specification-suggestion features. Only product catalog content (not end-consumer personal data) is sent to this provider. Processing location: United States, under that provider's Data Processing Addendum and Standard Contractual Clauses.
