IDRUNE Origin Sub-Processors

Last updated: 8 August 2026. This page lists the sub-processors we currently engage to provide the Service, referenced by our Data Processing Agreement (Section 5). We will give at least 30 days' notice here, and by direct email for material additions, before engaging a new sub-processor with access to end-consumer personal data.

Hosting & infrastructure

DigitalOcean, LLC — application and database hosting. Processing location: London, United Kingdom (region lon1).

Cloudflare, Inc. — content delivery, DNS, and object storage (product images/files). Processing location: global network; stored objects in Cloudflare R2 are encrypted at rest by default.

GitHub, Inc. (a Microsoft subsidiary) — source code hosting and CI/CD, including deployment credentials. Does not process end-consumer personal data.

Docker, Inc. — container image registry used to deploy the Service. Does not process end-consumer personal data.

Payments

Stripe, Inc. — engaged by you directly as controller for your own billing relationship with us, not as a sub-processor of your consumers' data.

Email delivery

We use two email providers, and either may carry any given message (registration confirmations, password resets, notifications, product-safety notices). Which one is tried first depends on the address the message is sent from; if that provider fails, the message is sent through the other rather than being delayed.

Resend (Resend, Inc.) — processing location: United States, under that provider's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Migadu-Mail GmbH — a Swiss company; processing takes place in Switzerland and the European Economic Area. Both are covered by UK adequacy decisions, so no Standard Contractual Clauses are required for this provider. Migadu also hosts the mailboxes that receive mail sent to us, including anything you write to [email protected] or [email protected].

Until 8 August 2026 we used a fallback SMTP relay operated by Yandex LLC in the Russian Federation, and disclosed on this page that Russia has no UK/EU adequacy decision. That relay was removed rather than replaced: no email is sent through it and the credentials have been withdrawn.

AI-assisted features

Anthropic, PBC — powers optional AI-assisted translation and specification-suggestion features. Only product catalog content (not end-consumer personal data) is sent to this provider. Processing location: United States, under that provider's Data Processing Addendum and Standard Contractual Clauses.
